Talk page? Gotcha, looks unprofessional to not have one. So I'll just type in some stuff just so that red text will go away. Focusing on UbiArt titles as of 2/20/17, since I finished on the Rayman 3 levels articles. I'm starting out with Rayman Origins. Hopefully I don't suffer a drained brain from all of this typing in the new information that will go on the articles!

Hey! Thanks for helping out on the wiki by expanding the level articles. The level articles for the Ubi-Art games are particularly lacking in information, so it's nice having someone fixing them up. I'm also removing The Walk of Power from the "articles that need help" template on the front page now since I saw you expanded that one as well.--Carrot signature.png 11:15, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
No problem! Glad to be able to contribute! I do need some assistance in adding images to the RO level articles, starting with Swinging Caves. If you can help with that, that would be great!--Ray RayWiki sig.png9:04, 21 February 2017 (UTC)
Sure. I've taken a bunch of screenshots and I'm now in the process of adding them to the articles. Also, I see a bunch of the images you've uploaded have been taken with a normal camera rather than as a screenshot. All Ubi-art console games should be 1080p screenshots on the wiki as per the image guidelines.--Carrot signature.png 17:19, 22 February 2017 (UTC)

Origins articles

When editing the Origins articles, I'd recommend having the "secret area" heading on level 3 as the secret areas are part of the level parts, rather than new parts. I've edited it in on the articles now and I personally think it's easier to read with less level 2 headings. Are you fine with this? --Carrot signature.png 18:36, 25 February 2017 (UTC)

Oh yeah, it definitely does look better. Thanks! I'll do it like that for the future editing of the levels. On another note, I'll be able to add some photos to the levels and its worlds but not enough. So I'll need you to still do that. --Ray RayWiki sig.png 9:39, 25 February 2017 (UTC)

Hey! I believe when writing the source for a picture which is not a screenshot that the place the image was taken from should be written rather than the user who uploaded it. Like the in-game textures should have the source be the in-game files, box art should have the source to be either Ubisoft or the website it was copied from. I may be wrong here, but I've seen it done like this before, and this would be more informative than simply noting the user who uploaded it. So the user should only be the source then when he/she took the screenshot.

I'd also like to thank you for putting so much effort into the Origins articles! Sorry for not having uploaded any images recently, but I'm working on it now and should soon have the images for Grumbling Grottos up! --Carrot signature.png 17:02, 11 May 2017 (UTC)

Okay, thanks for the info. Many times when I saw the source for the Back to Origins "paintings" it was listed under the user who uploaded them. So I'll probably change them to Ubisoft as the source. It seems to fit better.
About the Origins articles, you're welcome on helping out with adding general information about the levels! I have Angsty Abyss, Moody Clouds and Land of the Livid Dead remaining. Once I'm done with those worlds, I'll be checking in on the photos that need some information and when that's completed, I should be finished! --Ray RayWiki sig.png 7:00, 11 May 2017 (UTC)

Reverted new uploads

I've reverted a few of your new uploads of artwork as the resolution was changed (lowered quite a lot). In most cases I wouldn't really recommend changing an existing image file (as it should be preserved as it originally was), but if you want to do so the resolution and quality should be the same (unless it's simply white space around the picture being cut out). --Carrot signature.png 05:00, 9 June 2017 (UTC)

Hmm, that's strange. The only change I made to the images was a reflection. Nothing else. Don't know how the resolution was lowered. --Ray RayWiki sig.png 16:07, 9 June 2017 (UTC)

Profile image

Hey! Just a little tips here; I see that your profile image on your user page is rather blurry and there are several ways to fix that (since it's low resolution). Either you can remove the resolution part altogether and siplay it in 120px. While that'll look nice and crisp, it will be very small. If you want it upscaled you should always do it so it can upscale it pixel by pixel (so a resolution of 120px, 240px, 360px etc.). If you do 320px it will upscale it unevenly and it will look blurry. Also, since your image is low-res with a pixel-art style, I'd recommend using "class=sprite" to make it clearer. After some tests I think a combination of 240px and class=sprite gives the best result, but you can check out what you think yourself :) --Carrot signature.png 06:15, 1 December 2017 (UTC)

Hey, thanks for helping me fix up the profile pic! The 240px and class=sprite look is not perfect, but it is much better 'cause it ain't so big and blurry. --Ray RayWiki sig.png 17:40, 2 December 2017 (UTC)

Jaguar screenshots

Hi there, I just found out that your Jaguar screenshots are all blurry, any idea what could have happened there? Here's the ones I found for the record:

Hey Hunch. I used a Jaguar emulator and took the pics using Bandicam. Then I compressed the photos. It did look blurry but at that time I thought it was acceptable enough. I do not think I'll be able to upload better looking photos. Someone else will have to. --Ray RayWiki sig.png 22:37, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
For the record, Steo took care of this. —RRRGBAIcon8.pngRRRGBAIcon0.gifRRRGBAIcon1.png 16:45, 12 May 2019 (CEST)
