Rayman's grimace is when he pulls his tongue out and does an annoying jesture. This somehow turns dark lums into red lums. Rayman can only use the grimace when he has beaten Reflux in The Desert of the Kanaaren. You cannot use this ability when you decide to play levels before The Desert of the Kanaaren.
