That seems challenging. I guess you calculated the damage as "6" since the Hoodboom can be defeated with just one Shock Rocket, but could be just a different programming? --Haruka 20:15, 28 February 2011 (UTC) | That seems challenging. Clothes
So Rayman used the Shock Rocket without changing his clothes. Is that really that important? In a lot of promotional art Rayman has one Heavy Metal Fist on his hand without changing his clothes. It's all or none. Iheckler9 20:04, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
- There are only two out-game videos in which his clothes don't change colour. Now the Shock Rocket it is only one. I consider it as a trivia fact. --Haruka 21:03, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
Damage
Can we consider that the Shock Rocket deals 6 damage? It can be used to defeat Hoodbooms in one hit, but it could actually deal more, even though this is very unlikely. I haven't played the game in a while and I don't remember any circumstance where a Shock Rocket can be used against an enemy with more than 6 HP (not counting Master Kaag and the Leptys-empowered Reflux), but maybe I'm wrong? Figuring it out would allow us to determine the resistance of Master Kaag, as it takes exactly three Shock Rockets to defeat. What do you guys think? —![]()

- Isn't it possible to hack the game and give Rayman powers he doesn't normally have? I think I remember CheatCat (or maybe it was someone else) figuring out some way to get unlimited Throttle Copter. Perhaps it's possible to get the Shock Rocket working in areas which contain more powerful enemies so that its effectiveness can be tested more precisely? —Spiraldoor

- Now that's an excellent idea Spiral. The only regular Hoodlum with more than 6 HP I can think of is the Heckler, so I just used CheatEngine (no need to ask CheatCat or anyone, I know how it works) to get the Shock Rocket against one of them, and it killed it instantly. I had just punched him once with the HMF fist before, which means it deals at least 15 damage. So there are two possibilities:
- It deals an infinite amount of damage against everyone but Master Kaag, in which case the most logical solution (if any) might be to consider it deals 6 HP.
- It deals a limited amount of damage, more than 15, but Master Kaag having more than 45 HP makes very little sense to me, so I'm not really sure what to do in such a situation.
- I'm going to try it against other bosses in order to figure it out. —
