Giant eels are enemies from from Rayman Origins.
They first appear in Aim for the Eel!, the last level of the Gourmand Lands, where one has to be defeated on mosquito-back, guarding the entrance to the Sea of Serendipity. Two of them later chase Rayman underwater in Murray of the Deep.
