A Hoodboom is a Hoodlum from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc and remakes.These are often seen standing out of reach throwing explosive bottles at Rayman, laughing maniacally. If they cannot be reached normally, there will usually be a shock rocket power up nearby.
