A Ninja Crab is a non-Hoodlum enemy found in the console version of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc and in Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge. In both games, they are only encountered in the Fairy Council. These enemies burrow underground to hide, and then reappear at another spot in Rayman's range. They attack Rayman by throwing what appear to be starfish at him. Their behaviour is quite similar to that of the Muddibogs.
