Trumpets are averagely resistant enemies in Rayman 1. They can be found in Band Land.
They're static enemies, and all they do is blow at Rayman or try to suck him up, depending on their type, when he is in sight. This will not hurt him directly, and will have no effect at all unless he's on a slippery soil or in the air. They can be dangerous and make him fall, but their help is sometimes needed to reach inaccessible places.
They're usually protected behind vertical musical staves, but they can be eliminated easily when they face Rayman.
