Talk:Polar Pursuit
Creatures
This article still needs work regarding the "hairy creature with sunglasses (Palamito?)" and another "creature (Al Tranquilo?)". I'd rather leave those unnamed until I can confirm it, just to be sure. -- 05:42, 28 August 2019 (CEST)
- "Al Tranquilo" comes from the sprites files of Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends. It seems to be the name of the good dragons of Gourmand Land. Ironically, the bad dragons (Baby Dragon Chefs, Baby Dragon Waiters and Plombers) are called "Al Inferno".
- "Palmito" (not "Palmito") comes from the same sprites files. It's the name given to the giant garnish decorations which look like palm trees. Which is strange since in French, a palmito is a biscuit which looks like a heart of palm. --Boomboleros7 08:29, 28 August 2019 (CEST)
- Thanks. I seen those names in the game files, but I wasn't sure whether to use them. It would make the articles look cleaner calling it a Palmito instead of "a hairy creature with sunglasses". I noticed that in the English articles, along with just mentioning "a creature" will help the heroes, while it would definitely look better using those names. -- 12:39, 28 August 2019 (CEST)
