Vortex Guard
The Vortex Guard is a technique used by Rayman in Rayman in the Phantom Show, the third DLC of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It automatically replaces the standard Plunger Guard when wearing the Vortex costume.
The Vortex Guard allows him to spawn two plum-shaped weapons which open in the middle, revealing a gun inside. Rayman can either leave the Vortex Guards where they are, or grab them and throw them in a different spot. Other heroes can move them too.
When an enemy moves within its range, the Vortex Guard fires a projectile at them which makes them bounce away. Vortex Guards disappear from the battlefield after firing their projectile, or if newer Guards are summoned, as there can only be a maximum of five active ones.
The Vortex Guard can also be upgraded to bounce enemies towards other Guards.
