Flying blue elves are small creatures found in Rayman, more precisely in Band Land, Blue Mountains, Picture City and the Caves of Skops. They have the ability to shrink Rayman down in size by touching him. This will allow him to get into small passages that were inaccessible before. Touching them again will allow Rayman to recover his original size.
