Pirate (Picture City)

Pirates are enemies from Picture City in the original game. While most of them fly on frying pans, two of them are the cabin boys of Space Mama, whom Rayman must fight at the end of Eraser Plains.

The ring pirate looks like a blue-headed extraterrestrial with a large nose and round lips, wearing a red cap and a large golden earring.
His main attack consists in throwing his earring at Rayman like a boomerang. He can also duck to dodge Rayman's fist.

The bomb pirate looks like a blue-green extraterrestrial with an eye-patch and a fringe, wearing a striped bonnet.
He first throws bombs at Rayman from the crow's nest when the latter is fighting the ring pirate. Then, Rayman has to punch the crow's nest until he goes down, but the pirate throws several bombs after each hit. Once they are face to face, he keeps throwing bombs at Rayman, but he can also kick him if he comes too close. He can also duck to dodge Rayman's fist.

Space pirates are the most common pirates in Picture City. They are averagely resistant enemies who look like extraterrestrials in astronaut suits, flying on a frying pan. When Rayman is in sight, they start following him, but it is sometimes possible to let them overtake him. They are usually lurking from a height, and Rayman is supposed to run away from them.
They exist in two types: they look either like the ring pirate or the bomb pirate from Space Mama's crew. They both wear the same suit and have the same behaviour.
