Rayman's shooting ability is exclusive to Rayman 2 where it is used to defeat enemies and knock down doors. He is given the power at the start of the game by Ly who gave a Silver Lum to Globox. Globox then gets captured and gets locked in with Rayman, and then Globox gives Rayman the Silver Lum. Rayman then blasts a patch down so he and Globox can escape the Buccaneer. However, in Rayman Revolution, he is given his telescopic fist instead, but is finally given the power by a Teensie after Rayman has finished the Fairy Glade. Rayman's shooting is upgraded two times by Ly as Rayman progeesses through his adventure, from white, to blue, to yellow. He can have an extra upgrade if he collects a golen fist power up. This makes Rayman's fist at its full potential as long as he collects them by finding them in a level, or winning a bonus level.
