Description
Rayman vs Cullcut
In Rayman vs Cullcut, the titular Cullcut serves as the main threat to the player's character and the Baby Globoxes - if the player is not fast enough, Rayman and/or his friends will get chomped by the robot. In this version, Cullcut's design appears to be a bit more slick and clean, with squarish teeth.
Rayman M
In Rayman M, Cullcuts are one of very few types of living obstacles. These creatures can be seen in the Thousand Waterfalls (8) and Forest Jump (5) racing tracks. They resemble huge metal bear traps with a pair of pink-grey eyes on top. Cullcuts move on linear paths; they constantly jump and chomp. Contact with the robots results in the character being bitten or crushed to the ground; both cases stun and slow down the racer. However, they can be jumped onto and used like a platforms (in Forest Jump, doing so is necessary to get to the upper path and the purple Lums).
Rayman Arena
In the Gamecube and Xbox ports of Rayman Arena, Cullcuts behave in the exact same way as in the PC and PlayStation 2 versions, serving the exact same purpose. Their appearance has been changed, however, as they are more rounded with a significantly bigger lower jaw and are colored orange and red. The robots are present in Forest Jump (2) and Thousand Waterfalls (7).
Rayman Rush
There are only three Cullcuts in Rayman Rush, the PlayStation port of the game, and they all appear in the Thousand Waterfalls map. In contrast to the other versions, they seem to have no eyes and their walking speed can change slightly.
