In the Tomb of the Ancients, the glitch is easier to achieve. Rayman must go into the second section of the level and enter the secret area.

Rayman must throw the nearby keg at the wall, take another keg that appears and light it. After lighting it, Rayman must fly into the wall and the keg will be destroyed. Rayman will not take any damage because of the time of invincibility after receiving damage from the first keg.
