A Hoodstomper is a very rare and powerful type of Hoodlum. Only one Hoodstomper is known to exist, and was fought and defeated by Rayman in the Clearleaf Stadium in the first level of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc.

Hoodstompers themselves are diminutive, legless Hoodlums who use their strong arms to control huge bipedal stomping machines. Once the controlling Hoodlum has been taken out with Shock Rockets, he appears to fizzle out of existence, and Rayman can now mount the stomping machine and use it to fight other enemies.
