A Rabbid with a plunger.

Plungers are objects which appear in Rayman Raving Rabbids, the Nintendo DS version of Rayman Raving Rabbids, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 and Rayman in the Phantom Show, the third DLC of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. They are used by both Rayman and the Rabbids as weapons similar to guns.

In Rayman Raving Rabbids

Plungers first appear in Rayman Raving Rabbids. Each day in the Rabbids' Colosseum, a plunger appears stuck from above. In order to get it, Rayman must complete the boss minigames where he uses a plunger gun to defeat an army of Rabbids who also use the guns of their own. When Rayman wins each boss minigame, he is given the plunger as a reward which he soon figures out he can use to build a ladder up upon the wall of his cell and escape. He needs 15 of them to reach the window.

There is a type of Wii Remote holder that looks like a plunger gun and is mainly used in the Wii version of Rayman Raving Rabbids for the shooting minigames.

In the Nintendo DS version of Rayman Raving Rabbids

In the Nintendo DS version of Rayman Raving Rabbids, plungers are fired by Rabbids at Rayman during several of the stages.

In Rayman Raving Rabbids 2

The plungers and the plunger gun games also appear in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. They function the same, but the plunger games are different than the games in Rayman Raving Rabbids, as they take place in live-action filmed backgrounds.

In Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

A new plunger gun, the Blaster, acts as Rayman's main weapon in Rayman in the Phantom Show, the third DLC for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Unlike previous games, this plunger gun mainly sports a new mosquito-inspired design.

Rayman's technique in this game, the Plunger Guard, also allows him to spawn two plum-shaped weapons which open in the middle, revealing a plunger gun inside.
