I'm Carrot-master, also known as RayCarrot on youtube. I've enjoyed platform games my whole life and I'm a big fan of classic games such as Rayman, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro and Ratchet and Clank.

My Rayman history
After two pointless lists of uninteresting stuff I'll talk more about how I became the Rayman fan I am today!
I guess it all started when I was young and used to go over to my friends house and we would play on his PS1. We played game like Crash Bandicoot Wapred, Spyro the Dragon and of course Rayman. We both thought the game was extremely difficult back then and we actually used the 99live cheat to make it easier. We however stopped playing once we got to Mr Skops' Stalactites as we then felt more like we were cheating and we never really wanted to replay the game so we just left it as it was.
It wasn't until 2011 I would get into Rayman again and that was when I bought Rayman Origins for my computer. I actually had pretty low expectations for the game as I didn't like the direction modern games had gone. Oh boy was a wrong! This game was absolutely amazing and I loved it from start to finish. I sadly enough didn't have any PC controllers back then so I never got to enjoy the co-op experience.
At that time I decided to replay the first Rayman game again and bought it to my PS3. I however never finished it then either and it wasn't until my friend bought it on his PSVita I actually finished the PS1 version. The PC version I however finished earlier as I after having enjoyed Rayman Origins actually bought the original games on GOG. I didn't know what to expect from them either and once again thought they would be bad games. I just couldn't possibly see how you could play as Rayman in 3D when Rayman 1 and Origins were the only Rayman games I'd seen. I was however quite surprised at how well they did it. Instead of trying to strictly follow Rayman 1 in it's 3D sequel they changed a lot of stuff and kept a few important thins in it as well. I didn't like Rayman 2 that much then and actually though Rayman 3 was the better game, though after having replayed both games several times after that I've come to think of Rayman 2 as the better game.
However I was kind of stupid then I guess and once again thought a Rayman game was going to be bad when it wasn't. This time it was Rayman Legends which was soon coming out. I think I saw the wrong trailers for the game or something as I though it was a combat-based game with a lot darker tone to it... Well, a few days before the release it got a demo and after trying that out I was convinced that this game was absolutely amazing! Since then I've been a huge Rayman fan and as you can see by my collection shown above I have quite a few game (though sadly enough most of them are digital copies).
