The Throttle Copter is a temporary power used on several occasions by Rayman in Rayman 3. It is provided by the yellow cans of Laser-Washing Powder and allows Rayman to fly up in the air, just like the Super Helicopter in the previous games. It's effect is the shortest in the game, lasting 3 seconds, so it can only help to gain altitude, not to travel long distances at all, although a high altitude can help Rayman to reach for distant places if he continues using his regular helicopter ability when the effect is over.

When Rayman acquires this power, the symbol of his chest turns orange, his torso turns yellow and his hood, gloves, and the base of his shoes turn purple. His hair and eyes can't be seen because he wears a yellow and purple helmet with earmuffs, goggles and a functional propeller on the top. Rayman finds this power for the first time behind a tree in front of Bégoniax's outhouse. As a reference, when Rayman uses this power for the first time, the shape of the helmet before its two lateral disks fold themselves is a reference to Mickey Mouse's ears.

The Throttle Copter is a temporary power used on several occasions by Rayman in Rayman 3. It is provided by the yellow cans of Laser-Washing Powder and allows Rayman to fly up in the air, just like the Super Helicopter in the previous games. Its effect is the shortest in the game, lasting 3 seconds, so it can only help to gain altitude, from where Rayman can reach distant places if he continues using his regular helicopter ability when the effect is over.

The Throttle Copter in Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge

When Rayman acquires this power, the symbol of his chest turns orange, his torso turns yellow and his hood, gloves, and the base of his shoes turn purple. His hair and eyes can't be seen because he wears a yellow and purple helmet with earmuffs, goggles and a functional propeller on the top. Rayman finds this power for the first time behind a tree in front of Bégoniax's outhouse. When he uses this power for the first time, the shape of the helmet before its two lateral disks fold themselves is a reference to Mickey Mouse's ears.

This power-up is also present in Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge, in which it is provided by blue cans and gives Rayman the same costume and the same ability to fly. However, it can last for as long as Blue Lums are collected.
