Hi-Ho Moskito! is the eighth and last level of the Jibberish Jungle, the first world in Rayman Origins. It acts as a transition between the Jibberish Jungle and the Desert of Didgeridoos, in a similar way to the first part of Bongo Hills in the MS-DOS version of Rayman. This level contains the first boss of this game, the Guardian of the Music World (also called Boss Bird), a gigantic yellow bird guarding the entrance to the Desert of Dijieridoos which is defeated by shooting it mutiple times. On an early sketch, this level was supposed to have Hunter Birds as enemies; however, the concept was scrapped.

Shortly into this level, Rayman rides on the mosquito, and they fly high over the jungle and must deal with smaller flies and larger Flies. A bit farther into the level, they enter a cave and must deal with Hunters shooting missiles and Lividstones. After a little bit, they leave the cave and must then also face homing missiles.

Right after that, they start flying into a new area, the Desert of Didgeridoos. Here, strange, thin objects can be seen coming through the clouds below. Rayman must face flying bombs here, and he must fight the Guardian of the Music World, Boss Bird. After defeating it, Rayman can get off the mosquito, go through a door, and break an Electoon cage to exit the level.
