Caterpillars are creatures which appear in Rayman Mini. They are found in the levels "Absolem-ly wonderful" and "Caterpi-ride" of the Rabbit Hole, the second world of the game, and later in "Caterp-Hell-Art", the second level of the Bonus world. From version 1.3.0 onwards, they are also found in "Concerto in Punch Major", the music level set in the Rabbit Hole.
Caterpillars are harmless, and Rayman can use them as platforms and ride them, much like the serpent flutes of Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends, the Snake of the Dead of the Land of the Livid Dead in Rayman Origins and the dragons of Wild, Wild East in Rayman Adventures.
