Skull Coins, also known as Death Medallions, are items present in Rayman Origins, Rayman Jungle Run, Rayman Legends, Rayman Fiesta Run and Rayman Adventures. They are usually placed at dangerous or well-hidden locations. Unlike collecting normal Lums, the player will have to wait a few seconds without taking damage before keeping the Lums from the Skull Coin.
In Rayman Origins
In Rayman Origins they are worth 25 Yellow Lums.
In Rayman Jungle Run and Rayman Fiesta Run
In Rayman Jungle Run and Rayman Fiesta Run they are instead worth 20 Yellow Lums and are much easier to find than in Rayman Origins.

In Rayman Legends
In Rayman Legends there are a lot fewer to find. In Back to Origins they are mostly replaced by Teensies in cages.
In Rayman Adventures
In Rayman Adventures they are automatically added to the players' Lums upon being collected.
