Xowar

The Xowar is a mysterious creature from Rayman 3. It was supposed to be a boss but was not added to the final version of the game. It can however be seen in the secret room in the part before the final Reflux fight in the Tower of the Leptys.
In the arena of Clearleaf Forest, there is a Wanted poster of the Xowar.
