The Vortex is a temporary power used on several occasions by Rayman in Rayman 3and is provided by the green cans of Laser-Washing Powder. When Rayman acquires this power, his hair, torso, shoes and a great part of his gloves turn green, while the base of his shoes, his hood and fingers turn red. With this power Rayman gets a pair of special gloves with a red and yellow spiral simbols to that allow rayman to throw small tornadoes that can shrink his opponentsand lower the Meadowscrew. Using the power of the Vortex is the only way to make Hoodbooms fall when they're standing on stitls. It lasts 25 seconds.
