Fire Teensie is an unlockable Teensie character in Rayman Origins. 80 Electoons are needed to unlock him at the Snoring Tree. He bears a strong resemblance to the Grand Minimus, but wears a fire-themed black coat.
Unlike most of the unlockable characters in Rayman Origins, the Fire Teensie plays a substantial role in-game. He can be found on the level-selection map of each world, standing alongside the entrances to the Tricky Treasure chase levels. His role is simply to tell the player how many Electoons are required to access these levels. The Fire Teensie is the only playable character to feature full dialogues; he speaks in Pig Latin.
The Fire Teensie is just a regular Crowned Teensie (or perhaps the Grand Minimus himself), who as mentioned by the Bubble Dreamer, was tortured by the inhabitants of the Infernal Kitchen in the Gourmand Land. He has crooked teeth, a broken nose and several physical mutations, like claws on his fingers, red eyes, chest hair, and yellow skin; his crown also seems to be deformed. Despite his appearance, the Bubble Dreamer motivates him to stay positive, and suggests him to go see the world.
