m moved Slobberpillar to Squab: I have no idea where the name 'Slobberpillar' comes from (it sounds made-up), but I know that these things are called 'Squabs'

Squabs are a species of fat, green caterpillars, which are encountered in several games in the Rayman series.

Squabs are first encountered in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, at the beginning of the Fairy Council, the very first level of the game. They serve as a trampoline; Rayman can jump on them and bouce upwards to reach a ledge. Another Squab is seen in the game's final cutscene; it breaks Rayman and Globox's fall when they land on it after falling from the Tower of the Leptys when they defeat Reflux. Squabs are seen being used by Hoodlums as Rayman dummies in two Wanna Kick Rayman? videos.

In the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids, the Squab is an enemy encountered in the Forest world. Here they can be defeated with two punches from Rayman's telescopic fist.

It is unknown if Squabs are of any relation to other species of caterpillars encountered in the games, or if they have any connection with butterflies such as popolopoï‎ or tribelles.
