Scuba Shootout

Scuba Shootout is a level of the Angsty Abyss, a world in Rayman Origins. In this level, Rayman and his friends ride on the mosquitoes, above and beneath the sea. This level is the second one from this world and thirtieth overall that's included in the Back to Origins mode in Rayman Legends.

Angsty Abyss

Original version

This level starts out above water with buildings on rocks or stilts in the background. Shortly into the level, Rayman and his team get on the mosquitoes, and after a short time, they go underwater. During the beginning part of the flight, they must avoid spikes, Jellyfish, and Blowfish. Not long later, there are Mini-Murrays to avoid, which can’t be defeated, and chunks of rock with spikes around them starts to fall from above.

After this, they end up in the deep, dark water and must stay in the light of Fireflies, Luminous Fish, or Anglerfish to avoid the Tentacle Claws. There are now also Redfish they must deal with. After a bit, there will start to also be falling, spiky debris from above again. After this, the water gets light again, and as they go upward, they must avoid more falling, spiky debris and Mini-Murrays. When they get above water, the team can get off the mosquitoes, go through a door, and break an Electoon cage to end the level. They will then pose on the photoboard as the Magician waits for the total amount of Lums that were collected.

Luminous fish.	An Anglerfish.	Rock debris with spikes attached.
The area becomes lit up again.	Another rocky debris with spikes.	The cage that can be broken to end the level.

Back to Origins

In the Back to Origins version, there aren't many differences between the original version; except of the notable elements from Rayman Legends replacing some of the elements from Origins.

The starting point of the flight.	After a while, purple Murrays appear.
The Fireflies help scare away the Tentacle Claws.	There are also Luminous Fish that can assist in providing light.
Anglerfish also help give out some light.	Falling debris will appear again.

The ending part of the flight.

The cage that can be broken to end the level.
