Raving Rabbids have invaded Rayman's world and kidnapped all his friends! To rescue them, Rayman must now fight the Rabbids and save the day!
—Intro, Rayman Raving Rabbids (mobile phone)

Rayman Raving Rabbids for mobile phone is a mobile-phone title based on the console game of the same name. Like the Game Boy Advance version, this iteration is a two-dimensional sidescrolling platformer; however, it is very different from traditional Rayman games in that its gameplay is an almost direct copy of that of the early Sonic the Hedgehog titles. Rayman traverses levels at extreme speeds, often rolling into a ball to do so. Familiar gameplay elements such as cages, Purple Lums and Teensies reappear, but beyond that, the game bears little in common with the others of the series.

Gameplay

The game is very reminiscent of the early Sonic the Hedgehog titles. Rayman must make his way through 7 levels (3 of forests, 2 of desert and 2 of lava factory) in which in the end there will be a cage with Teensies.

Rayman can do his standard movements like jumping, running and use his helicopter and telescopic fist powers. Throughout the adventure he will find power-ups that will help Rayman advance the level or defeat enemies like a plunger launcher or a plunger inflator.

The game has three levels of difficulty: easy, normal and hard. The amount of hearts that Rayman will have varies according to the chosen difficulty (4 in easy, 3 in normal and 1 in hard). In the levels the player can find stars; collecting 100 gives Rayman an extra life.
