Xowar
The Xowar, also knows as the Xovar, is a species of gigantic gorilla in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. It was to be a boss from the Clearleaf Forest into which Rayman escaped during a race/chase (viewed from in front), while doing his best to avoid certain obstacles (similair idea of the bossfight with Foutch in Rayman 2), but its size made it too difficult for the programmers to work with, so it was replaced by Master Kaag.

The Xowar can still be seen in the final version of the game:
1. Just before the final Reflux fight in the Tower of the Leptys in a secret room. In this secret room, know to players as the "Xowar Secret", there are three cages with scrapped characters. One cages hold a tiny jumping blue bird, one holds a Flabbar similar to the one in the intro videa except the one in the cage is blue, in the third cage you can see a Xowar running on a treadmill.
2. In Clearleaf Arena, the arena of Clearleaf Forest in which Rayman fights Master Kaag, there is a 'Wanted' poster depicting the Xowar, the hoodlums probably want him for his hide for their costums or as allie against Rayman (see #3).
3. On one of the loadingscreens in Rayman 3 as an unusual supsect together with hoodlums. A similair loadscreen with the Xowar is presented in the demo of Rayman 3
