Vortex Blaster

The Vortex Blaster is a weapon used by Rayman in Rayman in the Phantom Show, the third DLC of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It automatically replaces the standard Blaster when wearing the Vortex costume.

Gameplay

While the Vortex Blaster deals less damage than its regular counterpart, it inflicts a special effect on its targets, which bounce away when hit. The closer Rayman is to his target, the more bounces he inflicts.

An upgrade is available for the Vortex Blaster in Rayman's skill tree, allowing it to inflict more bounces, from one to three to three to five, and to increase the damage to impact, from 20% to 30%.

Characteristics

Description

Shoots a single projectile at a single target. When the target is hit they will bounce away 1-3 times. The closer the target, the more bounces it inflicts.
