Royal Pain is a side quest and a battle in Rayman in the Phantom Show, the third DLC of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It is found on an elevated platform in the northwest corner of the Western Set, after revealing a ladder using Beep-0's Scan ability.

In order to complete this quest, the heroes must win the eponymous battle. After the guard is defeated, the heroes also gain access to a new skin for Raymans' Blaster called the Operatic Blaster.

In this battle, the heroes are pit against two Bravados, three Squashettes and one Magnafowl. After a bit, indestructible Darkmess portals appear, spawning new Squashettes.

The battle ends if the heroes can survive for six turns.
