Bégoniax cast a spell on Razoff's cave. Ever since, the toads have been multiplying. Try to stop the invasion by squashing the toads with the ball and chain.—In-game description, Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
Crush is the third of the nine minigames which can be unlocked and played in every version of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. It is unlocked by earning 4,000 points.
Description
This minigame takes place in Count Razoff's basement where Rayman battles against him in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc's Bog of Murk level. The main goal is to clear the toads by slamming Razoff's wrecking ball against them as long as they appear from the holes. By slamming them, the red bar is filled and the yellow bar is reduced. The player can make combos as long as he/she keeps hitting toads without failing, making these following words appear: "Good!" (reaching 3 followed hits), "Well done!" (reaching 5 followed hits), "Great!" (reaching 7 followed hits) and "Oh, My God!" (reaching 10 followed hits). By making hit combos, it makes more types of toads appear: reaching 3 hit combos makes medium sized toads to appear, which refill more the red bar and reduce more the yellow bar than the small toads; and reaching 7 hit combos makes big sized toads, which refill a lot more the red bar and reduce a lot more the yellow bar than the smaller sized toads. The big sized toads resemble Bégoniax when she is transformed. The player wins when the yellow bar is completely empty.
