What follows is a list of every Rayman demo available and the content they include.

- The menu plays the music from the Crypts Popolopoï mode
- There are 9 character slots, suggestion a ninth scrapped character
- Many of the sound effects are different
- Some text fonts are different
- Several graphics differ, such as the stars, speed boost, character icons in a battle and the icons from the Lums Radar
- The energy spheres are yellow with sparkles, similar to the Rayman 2 energy spheres
- There are missing platforms in Nebulous Tower
- The artwork for Shadow Plains is different
- The level titles are not capitalized
- The Lums from the Lum Spring mode are different
- Globox had a different idle animation in a race, which corresponds to the character selection screen animation in Rayman Arena for GameCube/Xbox

- There is different music and sound effects
- The points given by some actions are different, like for example, a Green Gem rewards the player with 100 points instead of 1500

- The heads-up display can't by triggered to show by pressing "J"
- The total amount of cages show 0 instead of 7 like in the final version. Cages can however still be broken and will result in it showing 1/0 etc.
- Rayman falls into the level after the pirate animation in the first demo, instead of afterwards like in the final version.

Rayman 2
