Giant Minotaurs are large versions of the Minotaurs which are encountered in Olympus Maximus.

Appearance

The Giant Minotaurs appear to be the Olympus version of the Franckies that reside in Teensies In Trouble and the Ogers encountered in Toad Story. They appear to be among the biggest soldiers of the army of nightmares that live in Olympus Maximus, topped only by the dragons and Hades' Hand. They resemble the namesake mythological creature much closer than their smaller brethren, sporting a more humanoid body and a bull's head. They wear blue pants and a blue belt with an "H" as a buckle, possibly in reference to Hades.

In Rayman Legends

In Rayman Legends, Giant Minotaurs appear in the Amazing Maze and Swarmed and Dangerous. They wield a fiery hammer and a spiked shield; whenever the heroes get too close to it, they slam the former down onto the ground in an attempt to crush them. They are left vulnerable for a few seconds as they try to pull it back out of the ground, giving the heroes an opportunity to bubblize them.

In Rayman Adventures

Giant Minotaurs returned in Rayman Adventures, but without their hammer and shield. Here, they behaved exactly like Franckies and Ogers; they also used their voice clips.
