Carnivorous lianas[1] are enemies which appear in Rayman Legends, Rayman Adventures and Rayman Mini.
They are carnivorous plants which, at first glance, look like regular vines, but start rising when the heroes hang from them. While carnivorous lianas are often necessary to reach otherwise inaccessible areas, the heroes must jump off them before the liana has risen all the way to the mouth of the plant, or they will be eaten.
