The Bodyshot is a permanent power exclusive to the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman 3.
It is given to Rayman by Ly the Fairy after defeating Rocky - an adversary also exclusive to this version of the game - in his den in Magmacosm. With this power, Rayman can use his body to break blockages, such as wooden floors, to progress in his adventure, and to inflict damage on certain enemies.
