Blowfish are round, orange fish that appear in Rayman Origins and the Back to Origins painting in Rayman Legends.

Description

Despite their seemingly harmless appearance, blowfish are dangerous underwater enemies with the ability to inflate, exposing their sharp spikes when the heroes get too close to them. In order to defeat them, the heroes must quickly perform an underwater spin attack before they get a chance to inflate; if the blowfish inflates, the heroes will need to move away and wait until they deflate again. Like most of the enemies, blowfish only require one hit to be bubblized. During giant mosquito sequences, blowfish are impossible to inhale by a giant mosquito, as their enormous spikes can harm the heroes; however, they can be defeated with one giant mosquito shot.
