Walking drums are a seemingly peaceful species found only in the original Rayman game, Rayman Junior and Rayman Designer. They are only present in the Band Land world. They have the appearance of a grey drum with swimming flippers and diving goggles, and they freely wander on their platform, turning back and forth whenever they reach an obstacle. When Rayman jumps onto them, they stop moving and let him bounce on them. They cannot hurt Rayman.

In Rayman Designer, steady versions, which do not move, can be placed as events.
