Eraser

Revision as of 15:30, 31 July 2021 by Castlefania (talk | contribs) ("Bounced rubbers" also appear in the original Rayman, not just in Rayman Designer. Also, if anyone wants to add a picture of them, be my guest.)

Erasers are platforms which appear in the original Rayman game, its spin-offs and the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids.

In Rayman and its spin-offs

In the original Rayman game, erasers are the most common platforms seen in Picture City. They come in various sizes and colours, some of them featuring patterns. There are two types of erasers with special properties: ink-covered erasers, which are slippery, making it more difficult to control Rayman when walking or running over them, and rebounding erasers, which have the same effect as rebounding clouds, making Rayman jump immediately when he makes contact with them. Rebounding erasers come in two varieties: blue horizontal ones, which can be of various lengths, and 'bounced rubbers', which have the size and appearance of eraser heads seen on pencils.

In the Game Boy Advance version of Rayman Raving Rabbids, erasers are platforms found in the Child world, featuring a traditional pink and blue colour scheme. They can be static or follow various paths.
