To get through these dark caverns, use the electric flying saucer. Don't fall off, though, because there's no way out of those pits and holes.
Flying saucers, also known as electric saucers,[1] are objects found in the Caves of Skops, more precisely in Eat at Joe's in the original Rayman game. They also appear in Maths and English with Rayman. They are held by wires which make up Joe the Extra-Terrestrial's electricity system, and appear after Rayman has punched the plug that yields electric current to the whole system.
They start following the wire's path when Rayman jumps onto them. At intersections, it is sometimes possible to change the direction of the flying saucer by punching a lever.
-
The first flying saucer.
-
Punching this lever changes the direction of the flying saucer.

- ↑ The name comes from the manual for Maths and English with Rayman.
