Large-mouthed fish are fish with oversized mouth and teeth that appear in the original game and the Game Boy Advance adaptation of Rayman Raving Rabbids.
Rayman
They appear in the Caves of Skops, in the last phase of Eat at Joe's. Large-mouthed fish represent the main danger in this level. They swim back and forth and try to bite Rayman when he is in sight. It is recommended to duck, but it is however possible, with perfect timing, to punch them when they jump. They somewhat resemble the piranhas from the earlier levels of the game.

Rayman Raving Rabbids (Game Boy Advance)
They also appear in the Forest world from the Game Boy Advance adaptation of Rayman Raving Rabbids, in which they are not seen swimming but only leap out of the water at a fixed position, continuously until they are punched. Once beaten, their teeth fall apart and they sink.
