Luminous fish are lime-coloured fish found in dark water in the Angsty Abyss in Rayman Origins. They float in one spot and sometimes move from left to right, and as their name suggests, they have the ability to glow in the dark, and their light can protect the heroes from tentacle claws. Their semitransparent bodies reveal a filament, proper of a lightbulb, which may be the source of their light. Although they have the same purpose as the anglerfish, they do not attack the heroes. They cannot be attacked or touched either.
