Ray and the Beanstalk is the first level of Toad Story, the second world in Rayman Legends. It is also the second level available in the game's demo version. The team of heroes come across the main elements of the world, including Toads and air currents which they must glide with.
Description
This level is one big area. Rayman and his team start out in a relatively quiet spot with no enemies in sight. There are a couple of air currents ahead; they are common in this world. The first secret area can be found by going down and swimming across a murky body of water. After a while, the heroes will encounter Toads for the first time. They are the main enemies of Toad Story. The first Skull Coin is located between two separate groups of Tentacle claws. The team will continue gliding on the air currents, avoiding Tentacle claws and defeating Toads. The second secret area can be found by gliding up to a trunk platform above the currents. The second Skull Coin is above a murky body of water, where a large Darkroot begins to grow. Now the players have to glide upwards with the air current. When this is done, the end of the level spot is nearby.
Queen Teensie area
The players must jump on each bouncy flower-like platform and sometimes glide with the wind to reach the Teensie cage.

Invaded
This level was the last level of the demo released on August 15, 2013 on the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 systems.
This level is invaded by enemies from Olympus Maximus, such as Minotaurs, flameballs, lavaroots and flying swords.
This level is the end of the normal level reversed. A large part of the invasion consists on falling like in the Neverending Pit. The player(s) must avoid the flying swords, the flameballs and the lavaroots, and bounce on the Minotaurs.
The notable change of the level due to the specifics of the invasion mode is that the background in this level is darker and cloudier than in the original one.

The beginning of the level.
-
Minotaurs and their red variants.
-
Three stacks of Minotaurs.
-
Fireballs raining down from the sky, with a toad on stilts in the background.
Trivia
- This level's name (along with this world's theme) is a pun on the fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk.
