A Simple Power gives you one extra energy point.—Manual, Rayman
Simple Powers, also known as Powers 1, are power-ups in the original Rayman game, Rayman Junior and Rayman Designer, looking like small red bouncing balls with a white letter P on them, around which a health point gravitates. They restore Rayman's health by one point.
There is a similar pickup called Double Power, which restores Rayman's health by two points, and another type called Big Power, which restores his health completely and increases his health bar to 5 points.
In the Atari Jaguar version of the original Rayman game, the red ball of the Simple Power and the Double Power is the same size as the red ball of the Big Power, instead of being smaller as in the other versions.
