This level begins on the snowy top of Mystical Pique, where there are four Teensies and the five nymphs.  The Teensies go around the middle nymph, Helena Handbasket, repeatedly bowing, while she says a few words, activating the nearby gate.  Then, Rayman goes through the gate, getting taken up into the clouds in a ball of light.  Up in the clouds, it is very stormy.  The Magician is here, and if Rayman jumps on his hat, he warns Rayman that it is dangerous and not to proceed.  Rayman continues anyway, and past a few clouds shooting out lightning, he reaches the mosquito, which he rides for the rest of the level.

As Rayman rides the mosquito, he must avoid clouds with lightning shooting between them at first, and then an airship shows up in the background.  It shoots helicopter bombs into the foreground. Rayman and the mosquito must avoid these, small fly enemies, and more clouds shooting lightning. After quite a while, large fly enemies show up, as well. As Rayman goes through this area, strange structures can be seen in the background, some quite large. There appears to be more structures as Rayman progresses further into the level, with the largest being at the end.  Eventually Rayman reaches an area with pipe-like structures all around.  Here, he must face turrets and machines that shoot electricity between each other in addition to the small and large flies. After a while, Rayman must avoid red missiles, as well. Right after this, Rayman is able to get off the mosquito, break open an Electoon cage, and finish the level.

Area 1

This level begins on the snowy top of Mystical Pique, where four Teensies and the five nymphs are gathered by a circular stone portal called the Dreamer's Door. If the heroes hit the Teensies, they will strike back. If this level is visited while none of the Four Kings have been freed, the nymphs send the heroes to fetch them. When they free one of them, the nymph bound to that King is placed in a meditation position.

Once the Four Kings have been freed, the ritual can begin. The Teensies repeatedly bow as the nymphs recite incantations, activating the nearby portal. Then, the heroes go through the portal, which takes them up into the clouds in a ball of light.

Area 2

Up in the clouds, the weather is very stormy. The Magician is present here, and if the heroes jump on his hat, he warns them that it is dangerous here and to not proceed. The heroes continue anyway, and past a few clouds shooting lightning, they reach the giant mosquitoes, which they ride on for the rest of the level.

As the team rides the giant mosquitoes, they first have to avoid more clouds shooting lightning. Afterwards, a warship operated by a Lividstone appears in the background, which shoots helicopter bombs into the foreground. The heroes and the giant mosquitoes must avoid them, as well as small mecha flies and yet more clouds shooting lightning. After a while, big mecha flies appear as well. As the team goes through this area, large structures can be seen in the background. They are larger and larger as the team progresses further into the level. Eventually, the heroes reach some of the structures, where they must face turrets and machines that generate electric arcs between each other, as well as small and big mecha flies. It is sometimes required to shoot at gears to free the path, and some of the machines can be deactivated like this too. After a while, they must avoid red live missiles as well. Immediately after this, the team is able to get off the giant mosquitoes, break open an Electoon cage, and finish the level. They then pose on the photoboard as the Magician counts the total number of Lums collected in this level, and this despite his warnings at the beginning of this area.
