I am removing the second sentence because it contradicts the previous one, which states that they only appear in Toad Story and Medieval Mayhem. Either they appear in all 3, albeit with a different design in the Sea of Serendipity, or it's a different object there. Please clarify.

A bouncy flower from Rayman Origins

Bouncy flowers,[1] also known as bouncy plants,[1] bouncing plants[2] and flower bumpers,[3] are bouncing objects that appear in Rayman Origins, Rayman Jungle Run, Rayman Legends, Rayman Adventures and Rayman Mini. If the heroes perform a crush attack on them, they will bounce much further.

Description

Bouncy flowers always appear having a soft blue orb-like shape in the middle, with greenish-yellow leaves on the sides and bottom area. While the majority of the bouncy flowers are small, few appear much larger than normal size. They are either on the ground, attached to a wall, or in the air.

Bouncy flowers are scattered throughout various worlds and levels in the UbiArt games they are found in, where they generally face in a specific direction so as to help the heroes reach inaccessible places or items like Lums and Skull Coins.

Appearances

Rayman Origins

In Rayman Origins, bouncy flowers appear in the Jibberish Jungle, the Ticklish Temples and the Mystical Pique

Rayman Jungle Run

The larger bouncy flowers are more common in Rayman Jungle Run. They sometimes come out of purple bulbs.

Rayman Legends

Press [the key assigned to Murfy] to make Murfy move the bouncing plant.
—Tutorial, Rayman Legends (PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions)

Other objects in Rayman Legends act the same as the bouncy flowers, like the pillowbumpers. Because of this, the bouncy flowers are rare and only appear in Toad Story and the Back to Origins levels.

Rayman Adventures

In Rayman Adventures, bouncy flowers appear in Toad Story and Medieval Mayhem.

Rayman Mini

Crush attack on bouncy flowers or plants to reach the sky... or the branch above.
—Loading screen tutorial, Rayman Mini

In Rayman Mini, tiny bouncy flowers appear in the River Stream as well as in the Concerto in Punch Major and Swampy Flamenco music levels and the Bonus world.
