Blades are enemy obstacles that have appeared in Rayman 2, Rayman Legends and Rayman Adventures.

In Rayman 2

A blade in the Marshes of Awakening.

In Rayman 2, blades were installed by the Robo-Pirates in their attempt to take over the Glade of Dreams. They usually swing back and forth.

A blade first appears in the Marshes of Awakening inside a tunnel when Rayman is riding along with Ssssam the Watersnake. This blade only appears in the PC, Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast versions.

They also can be found in the last phase of the Bayou, where Rayman needs to dodge them while getting through a laser trapdoor.


In Rayman 2 Forever

In Rayman 2 Forever, blades can also be seen in the Marshes of Awakening as well as the Cave of Bad Dreams.


In Rayman Legends

These type of platforms will cause the closest blade to move back and forth.
