Skull Coins, also known as Death Medallions, are items present in Rayman Origins, Rayman Jungle Run, Rayman Legends, Rayman Fiesta Run, Rayman Adventures and Rayman Mini. They are usually placed at dangerous or well-hidden locations. Unlike collecting normal Lums, the player will have to wait a few seconds without taking damage before keeping the Lums from the Skull Coin.
In Rayman Origins
In Rayman Origins, the players find out information about the Skull Coins from the Magician. They are worth 25 Lums, with the exception of the Nintendo 3DS version where they are worth 40 Lums. If they are collected while in a bubble, the Lums will be added immediately.
